Hey there.

My name is Brian, and here's some information on me:

Age: 15

Sex: Male

Height: 5'10

Weight: To Find Out Tomorrow (Need to Weigh Myself in the Morning)

Goal Weight: 130s/120s

though i am nowhere near your stats, firend me or message me if you'd like, and we can still help each opther out. I think it's important to have people to share with and help along with this kind of thing:)

I am not a good twin but I do have some good advice.  I am 5'3, weigh 125 and my goal weight is 120.  I am not a good twin because I am a mom and I am much older than you.  However, I understand what you are trying to achieve and I think your goal weight is very reasonable.  Probably most adults would tell you that your weight is fine, and it really is.  That's what most people would argue with me because a size 6 is actually a to die for size at any age.  However, just those few pounds could make a difference to you and that's the most important thing is that you feel good about your weight.  The good news is that you do not have to starve yourself or diet in order to achieve your weight goal.  For me, it's two things:  keeping track of everything I eat on Caloriecount.com because that helps you manage what you eat.  You should plan ahead on what you want to eat.  It's difficult sometime because choices may be limited when dinner is prepared by your mom and you eat with your family.  We pretty much eat what we want for dinner in our family so that is the heaviest dinner for me.  That means I have to be smart about what I eat during the day.  It all works out - really.  I exercise 60 minutes twice a week and have a high burning metabolism.  I am in an exercise class at our community center that starts at a certain time.  I need that or I will not exercise.  In class you keep up with the group.  Our class has anywhere from high school kids to moms like me to older folk in their 60's.  For you perhaps a class like that or taking up a sport like tennis or something else that you like would serve as good exercise.  Tennis burns a lot of calories that's why I mentioned that but any sport is good that you enjoy.  The important thing is to enjoy the exercise or it will not work out long-term.  Maybe power walking with your Ipod is your thing.  Hope this helps.  I was 130 lbs in January and just by doing a few things I went down to 125.  I never diet.  I eat sweets sometimes but not overdue it.  I enjoy my fries & cheeseburgers.  If you deprive yourself and diet it's always short term.  Good luck.

O, me! I think I'm almost your twin! I am 5'3 too, but am 15 years old and 115 lbs. I would really like to drop to 107 lbs (soon), and I can totally empathize about the whole procrastination thing. I delay, promise I'll workout more/eat better tomorrow...but tomorrow just keeps getting put off :) Tell me more about you--what's your favorite sport? The song that gets you motivated?

*M*

ps. speedracer--Haha, we have a really similar account name :)
