Does anyone know how to block the survey pop-up?

It comes from http://core.insightexpressai.com and it pops up EVERY SINGLE TIME I change a page here in CC. This did not used to happen when I visited friend's journals, etc.

I tried taking the survey in the hopes that it would leave a cookie and know it had already done its thing in my account, but it's still here.

And really, really annoying.

Is there another place I can go on my computer that will keep that box from popping up in here every day?
