does anyone know?
Where I can get a timer device that I can set to go off every 3 hours (to remind me to eat)? My cell phone has an alarm, but it can only be set for once a day. I really can't wear watches (lymphodema) so it would have to be something I can perhaps clip to my shirt or put in my pocket.
TIA
Try Walmart in the kitchen aisle. They have a magnetic Westbend timer that can be set for hours etc. Perhaps that might help. It is probably 3" by 3".
If your cell phone has a calendar or organiser facility you should be able to schedule meals as 'meetings', 'reminders' or something similar and ask your phone to sound an alarm for each one.
It shouldnt be too terribly difficult to reset the alarm on your phone when it goes off?
I have reminders set on my outlook that pop up when the time is near.
thank you for all the suggestions.
In order to use my calendar to schedule meetings, I have to pay extra to have it connected to the internet. Not economical for us right now.
I already use the once a day daily alarm on the phone for something else (equally important) and I don't want to forget to reset it.
I also hope that I won't be sitting at my computer all day, waiting for an alarm to go off.
I will check out the timers at walmart.
Thanks again everyone!
I use a "meds minder" like this one: http://www.epill.com/alarmcube.html
