Hey all

My name is Jenni Im 28 and weigh 193 lbs Frown Im doing slimming world and using this calorie count website have only lost 3lb so far but suppose its in the right direction.  I want to be 133 lbs thats my ultimate goal.  Does anyone want to be my buddy? I sometimes need motivation and a kick up the buttocks!

WOW are stats rite now is exactly the same.

Im 28 weight is 193 i started at 262.Im male my goal weight is rite around 165 to 170  so its not 50 but still a ways to go.


Congrats on the 3 pounds and the many more to come.

You have done amazing well done.  Have you been following a particular plan or using this website mainly? How long have you been dieting?

Thanks hopefully I will get a good loss next week I'm going to stick to my plan 100%.

I am 26 and have 55 lbs to lose. I'd like a buddy also. I've lot 10 lbs so far.

I am 28, 229lb down from 237 and have a goal weight of 140.  I'd love a buddy as well.  It is a long weigh Tongue out from 237-140.

Ive used CC but i cant say i exactly followed it.I ate less calories then it said because i wanted to lose more.


If i would of ate what it said i wouldnt of reached my goal untill next febuary.Now it says sept of this year and i think ill make it be4 then.



Ive lost an average of 2 to 4 pounds a week i walk for an dhour 3 times  a week with soem running.And i put up 4 pounds everytime i do that a week.


Ive prolly ate some where between 1400 to 1600 calories a day.

I started Fabuary of this year and im 1 pound away from hitting 70 pounds lost.

hey all I will add you as friends then and hope we can spur each other on.  I have had a bad week it started so well then at the weekend I ate loads of white bread and butter, my mom bought me a cream cake which I ate in 2 seconds! lol and I have just eaten 2 cookies and a digestive biscuit :( Im going for a mexican meal tonight so will try and have something fairly healthy and will be extra good tomorrow and wed ready for my dreaded weigh in on wednesday! How are you all doing? how was your weekends? xx

I'm 29 and at 193.  I've lost 18lbs so far.  I've been trying to lose weight for the past year and I have a personal trainer.  Would definitely like a buddy so I can figure out this whole weightloss thing!

Thanks for your replies I will add you as buddy's.  I know what you mean about being the fat friend all of my life I have been the token fat friend my friends are all slim and stunning and Im a big fat ugly moose lol! I cant wait to get rid of all my lard and be slim! xx

I am 25, and my highest weight was 196. I am currently at 191 since starting at the beginning of the summer.  I am 5'4 and I want to be down in the 140's.  I definitely need more contact and motivation to keep me on track.  I usually try and stick to somwhere around 1400-1500 cals/day, working out at least 3 times a week.  My biggest issue is probably that my husband is trying to gain muscle, which means carbs and big portions and proteins.. so we have to eat almost seperate meals sometimes.  

Hey everyone!! I defintiely need a buddy, or as many buddies as possible to keep me on track and motivated. I'm 5' 2'' 27 yrs old @ 178 lbs and would like to be 130 lbs. I really need motivation and would like tips and motivation. I've been up and down the scale a million times and would actually love to stick to the weight loss program and keep the weight off forever!!! I figure, the time is now!Being in the late 20s and still chubby is not how I imagined myself. I want to look great and feel great once and for all before I get older! I hear ya kchiafulio, I hate complaining about it and want to just do something about it!!
