i'll join! i just came back from a vacation to Myrtle Beach, ate a little bit too much, and swore to myself that the next time i visit there (which is aug 28) i will be at least 6 lbs thinner... but 15 sounds good too! :)

sure! this site says i should eat 1600 calories/day to lose 1 lb/week for a total of 20 lbs by november 12. that just sounds so far away. i am 5'9" 160 lbs now and i want to be 140.

I'm 158lbs now, and would like to be 140lbs by August 26th - I'd be happy with 145lbs by that date with the idea of continuing until I reach my ultimate goal.
thats 3 days before my two yr aniversary - one of my main goals is 130 for then and i'm 145 now!!!!!!!!!!
