Well I lost what I gained last week but I feel like I am stuck. I now hate the scale and I am starting to feel very discouraged. How do you stay motivated to work out everyday? (anyone)
I went and found some good recipes for low carb dinners and have sworn off pasta and bread. Next is surgar.

GW 08/25 - 157 lbs - I did the math and I need to lose 2.4 lbs every week in order to reach my goal.. hope it happens!
I have been sick with the flu for the last few days and I've had to change how and what I eat (still healthy) in order to consume 1300 cals a day, otherwise I wouldn't make it! one day I realized I was almost 500 cals away from my daily intake and it was already 9p.m... When I get sick I lose my appetite.. also, food seems tasteless so even though I can make something delicious, my body simply does not want it... I hope to get through this and back to my normal routine soon..

Weigh-in day...I did manage to lose the pounds I gained at vaca plus some, but it's brought me down to an average of like, 1 lb/week. It's not but, at this rate I might not make my goal by Aug 25 without some serious ass-kicking.
