I wish I was seeing 108 already!!! It's my over eating that is killing me. I need to just control myself!!

I'm a little under my goal from the start of the challenge. My body is giving me some resistance against losing, I am at a "normal" BMI (at 6'1" and 44 years old) and am considering consolidating (e.g. maintaining) my losses.

I'm out of town and weighed on my mom's scale.   I probably shouldn't log this weight being that it's showing quite a loss.  I weighed myself on Saturday so I know that this isn't including the whole week.  Whatever, I want to celebrate something so I will take this weight for now.  If it's true, then I only have 6 1/2 pounds to lose until Aug 25 and I will be very close to my ultimate goal weight.  (139)

I don't think I'll drop 10 by Aug. 25th but I can't complain.. the scale is showing the result of my work even if it's only 1 lbs a week!

167.4... remember how last week I said that I couldn't complain? well, I'm rethinking it.. =) but I won't because I have not really worked out much and although I am creating a deficit, it's definitely not enough..

Updating now because I've been on vacation for the past while and couldn't update till now. Not surprised at ALL that I gained - I ate like crap the entire time I was away, it wasn't pretty. But now that I'm home I'm planning to get right back on track with both eating well and exercising, since I didn't do any exercise while I was gone other than a bit of light swimming. :\ But it was still a great trip, even if everything I ate was baaaddddd.

I upped my calories this week, started drinking a protein supplement pre-workout and I feel friggin phenomenal phenominal feenominal great!

Ok - so by looking at my numbers, I now I will not reach my goal of 157lbs by Aug. 25th BUT it still feels good to see the scale go down even if only by a couple of ounces..
