Would anyone like to join me in loosing around 34lbs by the New Year?
hi,
i'm 27, i weight 154lbs and want to loose 34 lbs in the 22 wks leading up to the new year. (GW: 120lbs)
i'd like to meet people with similar goals who would be interested in keeping each other going and encourage exercising and healthy eating. I'm going to weight myself on thursdays (tomorrow!)
I'm really looking forward to making positive changes to my life! let me know if your interested.

Ok, so I took 2 weeks off from weighing in on this thread instead of just 1 but.... well i guess there's no excuse. But I'm still committed and I'm here to check in again.
Last Weigh in: 194.5 (8/28/08)
Today: 193
So that makes 1.5 lb in 3 weeks, but I started (on this thread) at 201, so that makes 8 lb in 7 weeks. Doesn't sound too bad when I look at it that way.
This weeks goals: --positive thinking, --accepting rest days as "ok" (I've been beating myself up on days I don't exercise), --find a pair of work slacks that I like on me just exactly how I am.

I was 156 this week, saw 154 and 155 this week, 155.6 this AM, so a TINY loss. That's after a late, yummy dinner with friends with dessert though, so not too bad...

I was down to 153 last week, saw a few 154's, but was 159 yesterday and 157 today, so..... I am right there with you.
I have been unable to sleep = up too late = too tired to do my workout at 5AM a few times this week...... = part of my problem. Plus I ate twice with friends = sodium I would normally not have.... I can explain it and I know how to fix it. Here';s to a GOOD, well behaved weekend and a GOOD, well bahaved week. ( :
