Anyone live near Essex/Whitemarsh want to walk?
I would like to find a walking partner. Just walking, noting too fast or fancy. I have a black lab I'd bring occasionally. Could walk trails at Gun powder, Patterson Park or nearby track. Anyone interested?

I live in whitemarsh and I would not mind going walking or running. Right now I need motivation and support, I have reached my plateau.
I am in Middle River, near Easter Regional Park. It has a mapped out 1 mile loop. I would be interested in walking/working up to jogging.
