Anyone looking to lose about 10 -15 pounds!
Hey, I am trying to start a group who is wanting to lose some weight, its okay to take time, and thats the point of this, to make this lifestyle change one that will stick!
If anyone is interested in joining just post on here and we can work together, I want a group who is supportive and posts pretty frequently.

I am trying to lose exactly 10 pounds, maybe 15 if I'm lucky. I'm in and will post as often as possible. I'm trying to lose most of it by Halloween, but I think Christmas time is a more reasonable goal. I'm stuck at a plateau, but actually, I think I may just need to reduce my calories overall to the 1200 mark. Anyway, I'm interested and could use the support too!
Awesome! I would love to lose that amount of weight too, but remember not to go into starvation mode, I have done that and I ended up losing weight be increasing calories!

I am interested! I am trying to lose 15 pounds as well. Halloween has actually been my goal too- but if I can lose even close to 10 by Halloween I'd be happy! Gained about 15 pounds since last year- and now I've been trying to just get back on track! Thanks!
Id be interested Ive already lost 80 pounds but I have exactly only 15 pounds left to lose.

Hi! I want to lose 5-10lbs (10 lbs tops) and take my time doing it! I want to lose 5 lbs by thanksgiving, which means I can eat about 1800 calories a day to get there, which is amazing! I am used to trying to eat 1200-1400 and bingeing, and now I really get why I was bingeing! I was totally not eating enough. I feel like 1800 gives me so much room I'm excited haha. Ok good luck everyone, it would be nice to have this little support group!
Hey! I'm in a really good mood right now because I lost more weight (I didn't make my goal weight but my goal pants fit, gotta buy new goal pants, a size or two smaller). I want to lost 10lbs more (making me around 143) but calorie count says I could try for 136lbs (I don't want to lose that much weight, 138lbs sounds better) so I guess up to around 15lbs more. I usually don't get to use calorie count (no internet except 2 times a week) but I trying to eyeball things and only eat things that I know are good for me. Usually at work, I eat fruit or a salad (otherwise I eat all the candy) and outside of work, if I'm home I eat things like rice and small amounts of pasta (not eating meat so much has seriously helped me lose weight) and if I'm at my in-laws, I guess I eat what is there lol, just in portions. When I use calorie count, I eat about 1500 calories. Hopefully I can post here often!

I'm in. I have lost 32 lbs since March 16. I just got a new job starting Tuesday, after being out of work since March 13th. I am starting to eat a few more cals, and still have at least 300 cal deficit. I'd like to be 125. So I'm happy to lose 10 lbs by Christmas. Good Luck To Us All.

Reneved- I increased by almost 800 or so, i was very unhealthy, I originally gained about 10 pounds, but within two weeks i was down again. I was 105 pounds barely eating anything and excercising. I was 110 by just eating healthy and my normal amount. I have since gained weight to 120 but have been binging and eating whatever i want- no moderation :( but i have begun again today :)
XD I forgot to mention that I have already lost 11 or 12lbs and that calorie count estimates that in January of this year, I will have lost all my weight. Hopefully it will happen sooner!
I'm in, i am trying to lose approx 10 MORE pounds, I'm already down 38 pounds since January. I'm 5'4.5" and weigh 139.4! Final goal is 130.
The last ten lbs. are definitely the hardest! I've lost 10-15 pounds (depends on the day haha) since July and I can't seem to get past 140 now. My overall goal is 130 but I'd be happy at 135 right now. It doesn't matter how many calories I eat- a very low amount or a lot- I can't seem to get past 140! I guess I just need to be patient and keep on eating healthy and working out but it's so frustrating! For now I'd at least like to be a solid 137 or so in about two weeks...it's only three little lbs.!

just to clarify muffinbug, when you increased your intake from 1400 to 1800 calories, and ended up gaining ten pounds at first, but then lost how much?
i'm asking because i did the same thing recently, and gained 4 pounds, but seemed to have lost two more in the past day or so..
Count me in :) I started at 141 with a goal of 125/120. I'm right around 133 now. . .so 10 lbs to go is me! I am fitting into smaller clothes right now which feels great but I don't want it to feel TOO great. . . since I REALLY want to lose 10 more.

I'm moving to England this coming weekend (from the US) and I am really worried that I wont know how to make the same healthy choices with all the different food brands / types.
I have been calorie counting since the beginning of August and can eyeballl my day and put it in to calorie counter later and be spot on.
Is anyone in this group from the UK and can offer some advice?? I have been to England for a few short visits before and have noticed that grocery stores have hardly any "reduced fat" or low cal products. Am I wrong??
10 lbs would be great! I started a few months ago, but have found myself "cheating". :( Would really love some motivation and support!
Hi all!
I think I weigh about 150 right now, and would love to get back to 140 lbs! That seemingly insignificant amout of weight has made my jeans a little more uncomfortable - so it's either drop it, or petition for a sweat pants based dress code at work!
Does anyone else find it particularly difficult to stay motivated when most people tell you "... you don't need to lose anymore weight! You look just fine!" I know I look 'just fine', but that's not what I'm going for!
