ANyone out there lose over 100 lbs in a few years or less?
I lost 154 lbs in the last year and a half most of it in the first eight months.
I went overboard and I need to gain 20 to 30 lbs to get back to a healthy weight.
Anyone else go overboard with weight loss and find it hard to take your foot off the pedal and let the weight come back on?
I lost almost 160 in about a year and I needed to gain 10 to be at a good weight for my frame again. I have since gained 10 more doing serious weight training and I look MUCH better than I did 20 lbs less. I STILL find it hard to take my foot off the pedal. Mentally I'm always trying to lose a few more pounds even though I don't need to and am maintaining a healthy weight. It is hard to get my brain out of that mode. I figure that with time I'll adjust to this too.
Do you eat a lot? I eat a ton but I don't put the weight on as I am active.
I've lost 150 lbs in 14 months with about another 40 to go...
