Anyone losing without exercise?
Just curious if anyone is consistently losing even though not exercising more than usual daily stuff (sedentary).
Sounds like you've made really good progress without exercises. Now imagine what would happen if you did a 30 to 60 minute walk? I'm not suggesting that you go out and buy a piece of exercise equipment for home use, since you don't like going to the gym, and I don't know your financial situation, but walking is great for you and free.
I'm 57 and have an elliptical trainer, an ab lounger, and a Nordic Track ski machine which I use daily. At our age, you have to keep those joints greased and limber.
Good luck, you're doing great it sounds like.

Walking was the only exercise I used to do. I used to walk to work and walk home at night. That gave me an hour of walking very fast. Now that I have no job, since December, not so much. I still lost weight. Now I am sitting here, looking at the gray sky and the plants on the balcony shivering in the wind thinking yuck! I do want to get moving, I do think it is important. My 77 year old Mum goes for a walk nearly everyday. She'll drop by to see if I want to go with her and I'll be all bed heady and lazy and decline. Pathetic huh? I guess the secret is to make a schedule and stick to it. I should go out for a quick march early in the morning. If only the sun would come out!
