Hey!! so i totally need a motivator. looks as if we're arounf the same weight. im at 154 right now and just started two weeks ago. im totally enthusiastic, ive lost two pounds so far and i would loove someone to help keep me motivated when i skipped the gym or had an extra beer or three. haha. my goal is to loos twenty lbs by my 21st birthday in may!! hope to hear from ya =]

Fabulous Arriba! I too just recently started my journey to a healthier me! I find that the days I am feeling like crap are the days I eat too much of all the wrong things and dont push myself at the Gym. Tyipically i try to make it to the gym MWF mornings, spin class on T afternoons, and the pool for lane swim on R mornings! Saturdays vary week to week ( I have a friend who likes to try new classes on saturdays - Yoga/ Sweatin Saturdays (almost killed me the first time I went!)/ Spin/ Water areobics ect.) What does your routine looking like?

i've been at this for 4 weeks now...

soo my routine is 3-4 days a week. i dont makae it to classes enough at all, they totally burn. but i do diferent things cardio and weights. omg, i just tried the abb work on the ball and i couldnt laugh for like 3 days. im totally avoiding goin right noow. *sigh* im thinkin a nice hour doin some cardio.

i think my problem. like you said, is overeating on stressed days. not to much. ive cut down to like 1900 a day but  i need 1600. how r u doin on the cal cutting?

Well, I was doing good... yesterday after work though... all went to hell! ended up at 2224 cal yesterday not good but im back on track today! I know what you mean on the ab thing too!... when I stared back at them i just felt it was a struggle to hold my self up!... now i am trying to implement other types of ab things in ... my major trouble zone is that area so i really want to work it out! An hour of cardio sounds good! take an ab break and work something else!
