Not for me, I lost 20lbs and am looking to loose 10lbs more. The support I got from CC got me to my goal and it was free. If you need anything I would be happy to help in anyway (no charge). If you still think this will get you to your goal I wish you the best and if you need a push i am an e-mail away.

You are going to reach your target and that's why you're here on this site. To be motivated and to get the kick when you need it.  Just ask. Kicking is good for my glutes. Wink

Oh! Ok! Thought it was a good idea but meh! Actually Nieto914 I feel the same about CC, if only because I feel too guilty to eat badly and not do excercise because of what my calorie and burn metres will say! It all looks so naughty when it's in front of you in black and white!!

Igloogal aren't your gluts (and the rest of you) still hurting from that 6k run the other day?! They don't need anymore excercise by colliding with my ass thank you very much! ;)

I found a perfect motivation. I have a bet with my hubby. He is sure that I will keep those extra 10 lb. I can’t give him this satisfaction so every time when I feel that I’m too tired to exercise I see his face with this sarcastic smile. Its help me a lot. I’m on begin of road but I’m willing to get my goal.

Cherry, I did not have family or friends that said wait a minute your gaining to much weight get yourself checked. For me i did it on my own with help from CC and a scale at the mall. You know the .25 cents at the end it gives you your lucky lotto numbers. When i saw over 200 lbs i new it was time to loose weight.

I'm curious Nieto. After standing on the quarter scale at the mall, did you win the lotto? LOL Tell me you just wanted to know how much you weighed and you didn't care about the lottery numbers! And if so, with what it has done for you, you HAVE won the lotto!

Don't EVEN speak to me about lunges, or squats!! We fell out yesterday morning and now my thigh and bottom muscles (yes, apparently I do actually own some!) hate me :(

The point is you did it and your body feels sore but by friday you will feel great. don't forget your calories for the day keep it in check. great job!!

Well I know I want to get to 112lbs to start off with. I know I'd like to lose 1-2lbs per week so it's nice and steady. Other than that I don't really know. Do you think I should make some more specific goals, or more small term or something? I know I want to improve my fitness and tone up and I am doing that by the online videos and all the walking and so on.

I think presents might be a bit much Igloogal, we'd pay more on postage than we would on the presents!

What's your next goals?

I am already about 180 lbs from 200 lbs. (feel lighter alreadyLaughing) I would love to get below 170 after that i would be happy. I would not be skinny but happy.

Cherry does your BMI say you will be health at 112 lbs??

Right now my BMI is 20 and if I were to get to 112lbs it would be 18.9 which is still in the healthy weight range of 18.5 - 25.However, while BMI is a good indication of health, it is just an indication and should not be taken as the be all and end all.

Well done on your loss by the way. How do you keep yourself motivated?
