does anyone here but me think noicole richie has a good body? everyone calls her groos and stuff but i would look to look like her?     my mom tells me that im crazy...lol

She looks a lot better now than she did about 6 months ago.  she has put on a few pounds and looks better.  Not the ideal body for me but she looks much better now than before.

You're just a child.  Please just let your body grow, and be YOURSELF.

I agree with yachtracer. You're 14, dancer. Please continue to dance, to be active, to ENJOY life, but don't concentrate on trying to lose weight. Listen to your mom. She loves you and is trying to help you.

I agree with the other posters. You are only 16 and have yet to grow into the woman you will soon be. Just stay active and remember to eat enough to sustain your growing frame.

No.  She looks, as your mom would say, emaciated.  It is only attractive to you because it's normal to be critical of your body at 14.  I can guarantee you that any 14-year old who looked like Nicole Ritchie would be just as unhappy with herself as you are ... she'd be worried that her legs were too skinny, or her breasts too small.

Every single underweight model I've ever seen has, like, no boobs.

dancer44, and anyone else who thinks they want to look like this, most guys I know don't want a flat chest. We want boobies! :D Most of us want curves on a girl (which Nicole has none of)

they way she looks now is good i think.

there was a bit there when she looked like a grandma or something. (her body looked way older than her age and not good)

dont try to diet though. its not good for your joints and tendons and you need those in prime condition for dancing so you dont get injured. sometimes it can happen to the point where it could totally cut you out of dancing.

look at pictures of ballet girls. they are teeny and thin and muscular(but not too much) and healthy. so just stick with dance and you will be o.k.

LOL.. I can't help but laugh at some of your descriptions of Nicole Richie.  All I can say is that she looks gross. 

A lot of those really skinny girls look good with clothes on, but, I don't mean to sound weird, but I think they'd look really gross naked. 

i think nicole richie looks amazing! I'd way rather look like her than me. she looks so good in everything, she could wear a binbag and still pull it off! and shes not just thin shes so purrty too. i wish i was her!

Though with enough makeup, hollywood can make Madonna look in the 30s, so make sure you understand that everything on the magazine covers and such is "touched up".
