How are you?  Are you on here to lose weight?

Yep, trying to lose 20 pounds right now, and when I get down to that weight I'll set a new goal.

 I'm trying to lose 8-10 lbs, but mainly trying to tone up!  I have some large hips and some saddle bags with a touch of love handles thrown in the mix......need to work on all of these things!

Any advice?

Yup, I'm originally from NB but I've been living in Halifax for 5 years now because of school so I consider it home :)
