Hello Again - I added you as a friend by clicking on your name to bring up your profile and then clicking on "Add Friend" I have no idea how it works beyond that other than being able to read other's journals. I've been on and off again with this diet thing, determined to make progress this time though - got 20 pounds to go instead of just sticking to not getting bigger. Bought a great new cardio DVD today to help so I am on my way!

Is the new cardio CD the Turbo Jam on sale at Walmart?  That things $100 US (+ tax and customs).  Saw it for $16.99 (x 2 disks) at Walmart!  Grabbed it and LOVED IT!.

Wow - we're pretty spread out.  Maryyy you and I are only minutes away!  I used to live in Calgary July10!  Is that where you are?

I find it kind of frustrating that more of our "canadian" food (brands) aren't in the foodlists.  We probably have to add more things than our American friends.  But having said that - sometimes I am amazed at what is on there!
