anyone who has overcome or is dealing with binge eating...
This is all some very good advice.
I've been working on beating this and have been making a lot of progress lately. This past month or so have been going good. I went two weeks without binging and then I'm almost at another week of not binging and I'm not going to stop. Some things that have helped me: learning to treat myself with out binging (I don't bring it back to the house though), knowing the emotions behind my binging and learning to allow myself to actually feel them, not depriving myself (eating the right amounts of fats, protein is what I needed the most work on), not giving up when I don't have a "perfect" day, thinking about what I want most (being healthy), reminding myself that binging will only make me feel 100 times worse, learning to love myself enough to want to take care of myself, journaling (corny I know) on CC or on paper, getting out of the house if I feel anxious or bored (even just a drive with my favorite cd helps).
i'm dealing with this too and it's been hell. but to some who have said that they stopped binge eating, did you guys lose weight also?
