Lowest Weight: 118-120
Total Lost: 174 pounds give or take
I need to actually update more pictures, but that's me being lazy.
Everyone looks so great! These are probably the best bunch of before and afters that I have seen. We lose tons.
In the first picture I was 200lbs, and in the second 127lbs.

How did you guys do that? Lose all that weight? You all look so great. I wonder if I could do that. I just need to get motivated again. I lost motivation back around Halloween.
Someone, tell me I can do t his....
:)
Thanks...
I personally believe if I can do it...anyone can...it starts with getting a GOOD physical exam to determine where you are health wise today (baseline) and setting a reasonably realistic goal to where you want to be. After that its mind over matter...as someone said to me it didnt take over night to get where you are and it wont take over night to get back either...BTW if you need any help, suggestions, tips, or even just to chat on this please dont hesitate to drop me a note...I am more than happy to help.

Everyone looks soooo amazing, it's so motivational! I love before and after pics, I always notice a glow on everyone's face..l can't wait to get that glow again :) I'm getting there just 15 pounds to go :) wohooo!
Thanks, Dave. I may just take you up on that. ") It is mind over matter. You're right. I guess I'm just still trying to tame that restless little kid inside me who wants yummy food now. When I restrict her for too long, she overpowers me. I can't believe how strong she is.
I can do it.
Have a good day....
I have one :) 30lb change, 1 year ago versus myself today. Not as great a change as some others here, who I respect and admire for their very hard work :D These people motivated me too as I fought my way down. Now its just a battle to stay fit!

I am truly sincere...if you need ANY help just drop me a note...one of the most important things I found was to surround myself with positive thinkers....and get support from friends, family, and loved ones as you go after your dream/goal....they will help motivate you but in the end its the beast in you that has to be tamed...build your plan then take baby steps and work towards the solution...its doable if you want it bad enough...and BTW if you falter or fall down lean on that support group to help pick you back up and dust you off....I think you will be amazed in the end what you can do.
Dave- not to get too deep, but maybe I'm afraid to REALLY want it. I mean, is it worth it?? Am I doing it to please other people? I so, is that SO wrong? Who am I if not "Yolanda short and stout"? Why want it?
I just do.
Gotta answer these questions for myself. Did you ask questions like these, or did you just do it.
Thanks.
Happy Holidays!

I can only speak for myself but I saw what I had become and I wanted the change for myself...it was my desires...others supported it early on then didnt later on fully support it....as for you...only YOU can answer that question...the mere fact that you are questioning it makes me believe you already know the answer...as I have always said now its time to either pay me now or pay me later...either you doing something today and make that change or dont do it and keep putting it off...and then another excuse and keep putting it off...eventually you will end up dealing with it...one way or another..."pay me now - or pay me later"!
Just my two cents!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Noxie- You look GOOD! That's the same transformation I did back in 2003. I went from 200 to 162, so pretty close. Except I regained about 15 of that. :( Booooooo. Don't do that!
Thanks for sharing.
Dave- I like what you said. "Pay now or pay later" I'm still digesting that. Thanks.
I have em in my gallery 250 -168
yes, I do. They are in my gallery. I hope they help.
I have lost weight so far without working out! YAY ME! But I realize it isn't going to last forever. I hope they help!
You all look GREAT, I can't wait until i am able to post my pictures, but i'm still on my way DOWN![]()
I have before and after pics on my profile showing my 200+ weight loss. I still have 30 pounds to lose and look forward to adding a new before and after pic by June 2009!
I'm happy to say that I was able to do it through a lifestyle change of healthy eating and exercise -- no surgery, fancy diets, or magic pills necessary.
Kaufmkk- Girl, you look that good in a bikini at 185?? Why continue? Lol! Just kidding. Keep it up. :) But you must be tall, though b/c I don't look that good in a bikini at 170.
Good job!
Yolie
