I dont see in your description what exactly you think is weird?
Yeah, I don't understand either. The post is unclear in addition to the lack of punctuation and  spelling mistakes.
Your weight is going down when you are dieting? Is that a problem???
What i think is weired is that my weight goes up and down up and down and i dont know why its only been a week..
sounds like you are doing the right thing and the numbers are supporting that. 6 lbs in a month is a great weight loss rate.

being female, water retention will make your weight fluctuate quite a bit. thats normal, esp around ttom. watch the sodium. drink lots of water.
Heck, that happens all the time to me, and I am male. It is just normal. You need to focus on the trend, rather than the day to day weight changes. I weight myself daily, but do not freak out unless it keeps going up for a week.

keep up the good work.

It's best if you weigh yourself in the morning without clothes and before you consume any beverages or breakfast.  That's how you know your true weight.  Another thing is to weigh yourself at the same time everyday.  Simply because if you weigh your self today at 7a.m and your 230, then the next day you weigh yourself at 4 p.m.  your probably gonna weight 3 to 4 pounds heavier due to liquid and meal consumption.  Another thing that will help you stick to your goal is to not weigh yourself every day.  Making yourself a slave to the scale can really hurt you.  Challenge yourself and try weighing yourself once a month.   Also word of advice try not to lose more than a pound a week it's very unhealthy.  I hope my advice works for you.
