*~Anyone have any recipes or tips on edamame~*

I was walking around the grocery store after a workout looking to pick up a new healthy snack to switch out with bowls of oatmeal I've been consuming and I came across edamame. I figured I'd give it a shot since I've been hearing a lot about it from other people (along with how Victotria Beckham's diet based off of them). I LOVE IT! I tried some cold and I also tried some heated up in the microwave.

I wanted to know if anyone else had any recipes or fun ways to prepare them for snacking and meals that they wanted to share. Has anybody else had good experiences of incorporating them into their diets? Has anyone found a downside to them as well?

Edamame are good in soups and pasta sauces or as garnishes on salads.

You can make a salad of them by adding similarly-sized pieces of other veetables and a bit of dressing or mayo.

They are soybeans, so use them how you'd use any whole bean.
cooking light has some great recipes.  my favorite is edamame dip.

I toss them in mac and cheese and in soups and salads.  Or I eat them alone, just lightly salted.  Yay for lazy girl food!

We take these camping and dip in Hummus......like chips only healthy!!  Everyone loves them
I just discovered these, too.  SO GOOD.  I eat them heated up and lightly salted and also in stir fry.  I think you could put them in pretty much anything.
