can anyone relate to this body question

Do any of you girls find it a mystery as to how your body has gotten chubbier since you've been eating more junk or just more in food in general or whatever  yet you have maintained weight?

I have been eating a lot more food and have noticed my body changing and getting flabbier.  Yet I haven't really GAINED that much WEIGHT in pounds.  I went on the master cleanse a few months ago could this have anything to do with it?  Please if anyone knows anything or can relate please reply to this post

if you were working  out and now you aren't, yes i can relate. bodies are weird though

If you were exercising and now aren't you probably lost muscle, which turned into fat.  Since muscle weighs more than fat, an increase in fat with the same weight will make you look bigger.

Lost muscle does NOT turn into fat. They are completely different tissues.

Fine... lost muscle, gained fat, maintained weight = increased volume

Ever since someone posted that "technically, fat and muscle are the same" I can't let that one go.
