Is anyone here a slave to TV? What shows?

Okay, it's a DARN good thing I have a man, since I would probably have a hard time finding one "today" with all these great shows on TV!!!   j/k    Case in-point, tonight: a FRIDAY night, and I'm pumped at the idea of watching "Deal or No Deal" and the 6-million dollar potential winning.  Follow that up with Dateline's "To Catch a Predator".  What is WRONG with me? ~ Wednesday, I was simultaneously watching TBL, Top Model and Project Runway. LOL

Am I alone in my addiction. This kind of goes along with the Addicted to CC thread.  Good thing both my tv & computer are side-by-side at home!!!

And then there's my addiction to the life network, like x-weighted, Nanny 911 and the like thats usually playing in the background.

oh and Inuyasha when its on (closet case anime fan... if thats anime? I dont know the difference between anime and japanimation)

About to get on the bandwagon & rent seasons 1 & 2 of Grey's Anatomy....and Lost.......and I want to get back into Nip Tuck.  Thank goodness for Blockbuster.  Then you don't have to wait a week to see another episode!  :-)   Looks like I'll be hibernating in the upcoming months on the weekends! (hey I'll justify it in that I hate winter, and "have" to stay inside) LOL

The only shows I watch regularly are Miami Ink, Nip/Tuck and Project Runway.
I like The Office too. And I watch The Daily Show and The Colbert Report alot (almost every night... depending on when i get home from work).

Oh, count me in with the addicts... I watch entirely too much tv, and my dual tuner digital recorder now allows me to watch even more!

I love reruns - Matlock, Hawai 5-0, Mission Impossible, Mash, and movie reruns - I can't tell you how many times I have seen Die Hard, LOL.

Every Wednesday my dad and I watch 6 episodes in a row of Everybody Loves Raymond.

Every morning at 6AM, I preprogram the DISH tuner and that way whenever I turn on the TV it has a program I like. I am too cheap to get a TIVO, but this works ok for me.

Yes- I love tv- my husband gets a wee bit annoyed but at least he goes to bed at 9pm as he has to get up at 3am....

NIP/TUCK!!! (Rescue me.... with Denis Leary too)  Two and a half men- My Name is Earl (very upset that they moved the date and time as I work until 8 pm!!! Had my hubbie record it for me though so I didn't miss the new season- luckily hubbie likes this show too...)  CSI-Miami and regular CSI- Law and Order regular, CI and SVU- Monk ( in hiatus right now which is good because Numbers starts tonight!) DEAD ZONE- Love Anthony Michael Hall... Ghost Whisperer- and just now getting hooked on Biggest Loser!! (it's very motivating...)

And of course- The Dog Whisperer--- Love Cesar Milan!!! I went to a recent seminar- got there at 5:50 am- first in line :=)- got to meet and touch him- he autographed my book..sigh... talked to him- he's actually very shy with people- his wife (that lucky lady) totally runs the show.... I sat down front and center and 3 seats away from Ilusion....

Didn't think I was that big a TV addict until I started doing a mental inventory for this thread!  Thank you for helping me realize I have a problem :-)
Pretty much every home decorating show out there (Changing Rooms, Trading Spaces, Debbie Travis's Painted House, Holmes on Homes etc.),
love the make over shows (What Not to Wear, Style By Jury etc.)
and cooking shows (Good Eats, any of Jamie Oliver's shows, Chef at Large, etc.).
add in the movies and wow that's a lot of TV!

Where did you see Caesar Milan? My wife and I saw him in San Luis Obispo. That's my favorite place lately. His method has really help out with my wife's dogs. (I am married since last October, dogs are part of the package, LOL)
