For anyone who is starting over today
They just started a biggest loser contest where I work...today is the first official day...I was sooo NOT happy with my first weigh-in...BLA!
I workout almost everyday! HOWEVER, I eat like crap! I need to focus on my diet and stay consistent. Consistency is key for me b/c I tend to be an all or nothing thinker. One of my goals is to actually log what I eat DAILY and use this website! haha I also need to continue to eat healthy on the weekends. I tend to eat well when I am at work, but nights and weekends are hard for me. I feel that I have a good handle on exercise, but need lots of motivation and encouragement when it comes to eating right!
do you tend to eat the same foods daily?
I started two days ago. Last year was pretty stressful and I didn't focus enough on my health. I'd like to get really fit again and lose about 15 lbs. For the first time in a while I feel at peace- and not in pain-enough to focus on losing a bit of weight.
