I have re-discovered this fun cardio workout.  I have a 6" step and downloaded some music from podrunner at 130 beats per minute and it works out perfectly!  I try to do about an hour of it as it really burns the calories.  I had to build up to this amount as my legs were sore the first few times. 

 

If you haven't tried podrunner music - you have to get it! Its free and very uplifting and keeps me hoppin'!  I also use it for walking.  They also have interval music workouts to help you improve your cardio conditioning.  Everything I've used is free - check it out:
