to anyone who has ever suffered or knows anything about bulimia

may seem like a strange post but i was just wondering whether any of you knew if bulimia hass any effect on your nose? sounds off but recently blood comes uot when i blow my nose and i was confused??

i also have bulimia and have noticed that sometimes when i um purge i get nosebleeds. i think its the stress of vomiting on the blood vessels. i would maybe suggest asking youre doctor?

has bulimia also messed up your skin??

I have knowticed if i can manage to stop throwing up for a week or so, my skin impoves.  Im assuming its because its getting nutriance it was lacking before.

i hate bulimia!!  it sucks, but sometimes i get sores in my nose b/c the acid from purging comes out of my nose, so that could be what is happening to u.. good luck everyone, stay strong

yeh, that happened to me a couple weeks ago for the first time and it scared the h*ll out of me.  It's one of many reasons that I am trying to stop

i had a nosebleed last night after seeing blood in my purge. scared the crap outta me - i think it is a sign of way too much stress on the delicate tissue in your esophagus and the blood vessels in your nose.

ergh... glad im not the only one.

so far ive been 'good' today because of how much that freaked me out.

scared straight! ha.

yeah, i get nosebleeds everytime i purge now. i think its because ive been doing it for so long. ive also noticed that my skin if 500% better when i dont purge for awhile.
