Can anyone tell me if My Diet plan and workout routine is safe or if im actually burning calories ???
here is Yesterday Routine..
: THIS MORNING :
8:30 am I had a Green Tea cal. 15
9:00 am After my tea I made my morning breakfast shake with Silk cal. 180
9:30 After my shake I did my morning workout routine below..
20 x Squats
20 x Lunges e.s.
20 x Dumbell Lifts /4 sets = total of 80x
40 x Crunches
20 x Side Crunches e.s.
20 x Bridges
20 x Leg Lifts e.s.
HOLD PLANK FOR 30 SECONDS! YOU CAN DO IT!
20 x Girlie Push-ups
20 x Bench Dips
and
10 minute Butt Routine
: THIS AFTERNOON :
12:15 pm Snack time! 1 yellow pepper w/ ranch cal. 100
And 1 Litre of Cold Water
1:30 pm I did my workout Routine for the second time
20 x Squats
20 x Lunges e.s.
20 x Dumbell Lifts /4 sets = total of 80x
40 x Crunches
20 x Side Crunches e.s.
20 x Bridges
20 x Leg Lifts e.s.
HOLD PLANK FOR 30 SECONDS! YOU CAN DO IT!

and

: THIS EVENING :
5:00 pm Salmon w/lemon cal. 300
And 1 Litre of Cold Water
is this reallywhat you ate, if so that is a dangerously low level of calories- you are risking your health-life. it will also be impossible to stick to- you need at least twice that to survive- please stop crazy diet and if you don't believe me talk to your doctor
It sounds a little bit much to me, lots of lifting and pulling, but not a lot to feed you. You are definitely burning calories though. I assume you counted the calories, and I can see where you are coming from. However, I think it would be better to add a little extra food into you diet, especially since you are spending a lot of calories on your training. If the goal is to lose a lot of weight really fast, cutting more than 1000 calories every day might be an option, but if its just to get back in shape, with a less than 20lb weightloss, I think its better to spread it out over a couple of months.
Im no expert on short term "cosmetic" diets, but if the goal is to drop some weight fast, before an event (like a wedding) then, assuming you will return to a normal diet afterwards, I guess it would be okay.
You might not loose any weight. Your body is going to think it's being starved and save every precious ounce of fat it can. Aim for 400 calories per meal (four a day) and include protein, carbs, and a small amount of fat. Make sure you start your metabolism with breakfast. Good luck, and good workout!
You only ate 600 cals. Thats not enough for your bod to survive just breathing let alone all that work. Your body will go into starvation mode and will store any fat it gets. Plus you will end up bingeing and scarf down anything you see in just a matter of days.
I agree with the 400 cals a meal x 4 meals which is 1600 cals. I dont see your ht and weight info, that could help because you might be able to get away with 1300 cals a day. but honey, you have to eat CARBS. They are the fuel for your body to do those exercises. Think of carbs in your body like gas in a car. you have to have them to work(out).
