Can anyone tell how to search for a member's profile? - Update - Found Answer

Hi!  I'm pretty new at this stuff.   I have a friend that I got to join and was trying to find her profile so I could add her as a buddy in order to send her a message.  I know her screen/user name. Thanks so much!
