Ive battled with my weight my whole life(if you want to know more you can check out my profile)and Im looking for people like me out there, close to my age who can relate to what I am going through. Im doing the 12 week exercise program and so far Im doing really good (just finished day 8)! I would love to get a group together to share progress and challenges and failures etc. Anyone?

Today 139.4 I finally made my goal Laughing

I'm so happy I could cry, I hope to be looking into getting a personal trainer in a couple of months to help me target train. I'll also be posting my <140 shot this weekend.

Hi!!!  I am at 151 lbs again...but I am sure that is due to the fact that I have only worked out twice this week rather than 6...oh well, at least I haven't gained any weight :)

So, only a teeny tiny loss, but it's an important one, I'm in the 170's again!!! And I've been dealing with the evil water retention monster on and off ALL friggin week! grrrr.

I think my hubby is finally understanding that I'm going to do this, and I'm going to do this MY way (not his military mindset way). For Valentines day he bought me a small box of chocolates from a chocolate shop here in town. But he made sure to buy sugar-free ones. I didn't have the heart to tell him that sugar-free doesn't mean lower calorie, cause I thought it was sweet that he tried. Oh, and they taste REALLY good! So I'm gonna have to work in the calories for 2-3 a day I think.

Hey, I haven't been on here in a while. Work has been crazy and I've been sick , I have not lost anymore weight  : (      but I haven't gained any back either so I just need to revamp my efforts and start putting in more gym time! What do y'all do when a month has gone by and the excitement is kind of gone and your just "stuck" ?

hey all. it's that lovely day we call weigh in day.

last week i was at 280. this week i am at 277. a loss of 3. things have really slowed down, but i am still happy with 3 pounds. i just hope that i can keep it up. once i get to 270, it will be 50 pounds lost. so that's my next mini goal. hopefully i'll be there within a couple weeks.

glad to see others doing so well. keep it up, you wonderful people.

Glad to hear how everyone is doing.  Do not get discouraged by gains I had a few of those and the next weeks were much better. 

 So I've been talking about my weight loss and I actually did it with other epopole on staff with me where I work and we taped it.  We are a church and we put this video together to chronicle our 9 week progress.  We put it on Youtube as well as playing it on Sunday.   This is part 1.  I am Matt Balogh the guy who weighs in at 263.9

Hey guys!!! Happy Friday..Im typing to you from my new laptop, very exciting lol. Anyways so today I am 175.5 no loss no gain. I bought some really cute jackets a couple months ago that were too small for me and now they fit! Plus a pair of jeans that Id grown out of lol fit perfectly. That makes me feel fantastic! So now that Im feeling better its time to get back on track.

Joelle a loss is a loss right?! Its adorable that your husband is trying! You need as much support as you can get. My boyfriend bought me hurshey kisses but I took them to work to give to my staff. Its the thought that counts anyways. He also got me this cute rose made out of feathers. Feb14 is just another day to me so I was really surprised lol.

Brett every week you amaze me, keep up the good work. Im impressed!

Anyways Im going to need an extra push to get back into the exercise mode so everyone gimme a big kick in the ass and hopefull that works! lol Good luck for next week everyone!

I'm a bit late posting my update, but I'm down to 182, wuhoo! This also brings me to my first goal, losing a stone :D All this and I even splurged last night on half a takeaway pizza, nyomnyomnyom, oh so calorifically good

K, I'm really late logging my weigh in...

I did weigh myself on friday though and WAS down 2 pounds!!! Week before was at 160.2 down to 158.0!! My husband has been home though and I have been eating HORRIBLY :( going to eat good today, but I don't think i'll make it down another couple of pounds before Friday again.

Weighed myself this morning, back up to 159.2.

Any suggestions on how i can lose the weight in a couple days without doing anything stupid like fasting!!! lol. I don't really know why i fell off the wagon, Husband is usually at work throughout the week, and it's just me at home. Can eat a lot better I guess when no one is around to cook for. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can make supper for a family and not feel deprived of anything? ANY help would be greatly appreciated!!! :S
