Hi everyone...don't think i'll get on here tomorrow to log my weight....so  i'm doing it a day earlier....

LW: 158.8

CW:157.8

Didn't make my goal of 156 but i did lose a pound so that's good to know!! Hope everyone is making the progress they want to!!!

I haven't weighed-in for awhile but I need to start getting more strict again.  I'm still at 153, which is good I haven't gained, but I haven't lost so I'm going to try to kick it up a notch - eating out is NOT helping, might have to nix that along with no alochol.  Great job for those who are losing - keep it up!

hey guys!  how's everyone's progress?  hope everyone's doing great and keeping up with their expectations......here's my stats

las week:  158 lbs

this week:  157 lbs

look at that char!  we be in the same boat :)

I'm almost at my goal too...it's tough...but i'm getting there...

hey everyone. i didn't check it last week due to being on vacation. 2 weeks ago i was in a plateau and couldn't seem to break it. well, the vacation weekend did just that. i first gained about 5 pounds over the weekend, but then the pounds started dropping all week. so here it is.

2 WEEKS AGO: 258 lbs.

TODAY: 250 lbs.

so i am very very happy with this. i have now lost 70 pounds total, AND i have past the half way mark. i now have only 65 pounds to lose to reach my goal. so things are going great for me.

i hope everyone else is going great as well. good luck.

Two Weeks ago: 171.6

Last Week: 171.6

This Week: 171.6

I'm not impressed. I have calorie deficits every week, and nothing is changing. What the heck?!?!?!?!?!

I have been eating my BMR for awhile now, but continue to increase my activity. Should I increase my calories??Undecided

increase the cardio, and watch the fat content of the food you eat...not just the calories.

Hey everyone!! I missed weigh day and possibly the one before that too Im not sure. Anyways Im still in the middle of moving, there were some problems getting into the new place but we are mostly done now. Just organizing and cleaning up the old place. Im not sure wich box my scale is in right now but Im hoping to weigh in this friday. Ive probably gained. Ive been eating out a lot. dun dun duuunn...

Man, moving sucks! When we moved a year and a half ago, we also got new appliances, but had problems AFTER we took out the old ones (really really crappy ones). So we had about 3 weeks without any appliances to do any sort of cooking. We ate out a LOT and I gained about 10 lbs during that time alone. I had a couple other big things stressing me out at the time, so I really wasn't paying attention to what I put in my mouth, nowadays I think I'd do better, but that was depressing. I wish you much better luck than I had!!! Moving all those boxes can also be such a great workout!!

weigh in time.

LAST WEEK: 250 lbs.

THIS WEEK: 247 lbs.

i lost another 3 pounds. feels good to be consistantly losing again. i hope i can keep this up. i'm still planning on having a "free" day on saturday's so i can keep my metabolism up. my only problem now is that i haven't been going to the gym. so i REALLY have to get in there again. gotta keep up the muscle gain while i lose the fat. don't want to lose too much muscle. that would be bad.

but anyway, hope everyone is doing well. it seems like less and less people are weighing in on friday's. so come on people, weigh in!

Okay, weighing in this week at....151lbs.  I'm down 2 lbs. which feels good.  I've been exercising almost everyday for the past two weeks, I just need to keep the calorie intake down.  Sometimes I think that because I work out, I can eat the extra calories.  But I've cut way down on alcohol which has helped big time.

Hi Everyone, I was wondering if I could join in?? I am 22(23 next month), married since last august, and just started graduate school. I just started cc last weekend and would love to do weekly weigh ins with you all. I am 5'9'' and my starting weight last saturday was 177. today I weighed in at 172.8! my goal is to get to 145 by fall and to run a half marathon jan 09. hope you all have room for one more!

Last week: 171.6

This week: 170.8

I am glad that it went down this week, but I am beginning to wonder if I am working my butt off for nothing. Frown Thanks for your reply last week, Eddie, but I eat a low fat diet already, and do 60-90 minutes of intense cardio five days a week, so I don't know what the problem is.

Thanks Joelle! Today I weighed in at 175.5. Ive been this weight for probably a month now lol. The weight loss aspect of my life has been put on hold for a little while. Im very excited to get back at it. I have my own room to exercise in and I cant wait to see some lower numbers on the scale. Im having an apartment warming party on Sunday and after that life will be normal again. I cant wait!!! I want to be down 3lbs by next weigh day.

Good job keeping it up everybody! We sure have lost some people on the way.

Welcome HMKing, we always have room for more. Good luck!

Hey everybody!

I've been gone for a while and just visiting but I've recently decided to try to lose another 10 lbs putting me at 130. I'm gonna start next week so I'll weigh in this Friday with everyone else, hope I haven't gained more than a couple of pounds. I've really been slacking in the working out department and my eating habits haven't been ideal, wedding cake isn't helping any lol.

Hi Everyone!

I haven't been doing great at all since i moved into this new house last month. I know i have gained a bunch of weight and i can feel it. Trying hard to get back on the wagon, but it's not going well. Anyone have any suggestions to try to get me back into it? I really want to lose weight and feel great about myself. I'm not eating to bad, my portions are a good size, not overindulging in anything but still having the occasional treat now and then. Should i try to cut that out complelty? I haven't been really going to the gym either though. Very frustrated and although i want to lose the weight i don't want to be dieting, just eating healthy and losing weight....lol... Thanks guys!!!

Hello everyone!

I'd like to join if I could.  I'm currently 22, and next month I'll be 23.  I've been trying to get back in shape for awhile but completely fell off track, plus last time I was counting calories I was eating too little.  But since joining CC, I've been on a good track.

Original Weight: 190lbs

Current Weight: 186.5lbs

It's pretty good for a week, but too bad it's far from my goal.  I'm hoping to get down to 140lbs at the very least.

I wouldn't cut out the occasional treat. I know that if I personally try to put certain food items off limits, it's a sure fire way to get me to think about that item all the time until I finally cave in and eat way too much of it. As for getting back on the wagon, take it slowly. Go for a little walk after dinner, or park far away from the entrance at the store. You can even go walk on the beach or walk around the mall for awhile. Any activity is better than no activity, and if you can start doing things that don't feel like a chore, then you're more likely to start wanting to get back to the gym. Good luck!

weigh in day is upon us once again. here it goes...

SW: 320 lbs.

LAST WEEK: 247 lbs.

THIS WEEK: 244 lbs.

WEEK LOSS: 3 lbs.

TOTAL LOSS: 76 lbs.

this week, i am down another 3. my new routine is working like a charm. i love the stability. eating around 1500 calories monday through friday, then don't count on saturday and sunday, but stay reasonable, then back on track monday. it keeps my body guessing and allows me to still eat an occasional "bad" meal. i love it. i also got back in the gym this week and am doing a lot more weight lifting. it's much more fun than hours and hours on a treadmill. so hopefully this will keep me going.

i guess that is all for now. i hope to read many more weigh ins. it helps motivate.
