Has anyone tried Bodybugg?
Hey all, Im saving up money to purchase a "bodybugg" I was wondering if anyone here has tried it. Does anyone have any insights to share?
I've only been on calorie count for a week, but once I get bodybugg, I still plan to use this site too, I have no intention of giving up this amazing support system!!!
Hi Rachelmarie,
I'll have to go look up Bodybugg. I'm not familiar with it. Hang on a minute.
This wouldn't be much help to me right now. I don't really keep up with how many calories I am burning, just what I am eating. For me it'd be a waste of money (at least right now).
I noticed on Biggest Loser they use something like this to make sure they burn as many calories per day as they are supposed to. They never take them off and swear by them. (or perhaps a different brand product). So I'm not discounting their usefulness. They just wouldn't be helpful to me right now.
I considered the bodybugg program, but it is very expensive, considering the fact that after you buy it you also have to pay to subscribe to the online program. Instead of being concerned with the calories I burn doing everyday activity, I am concerned with the calories that I am taking in and the calories that I am burning at the gym on my cardio machines. I consider anything else to be a bonus. Truth be told, you don't need a monitor to tell you if you are doing good or bad. You know when you are making the right decisions on your food and getting the work out that you should. That's my two cents. If you get it, be sure to come back and let us know if it is really helping you.
I ordered my bodybugg today, I hope to have it sometime this week! Ill be sure to let everyone know what I think of it!
