Has anyone tried the Flat Belly Diet by Prevention magazine?

I just bought this book, The Flat Belly Diet.  It's published by Prevention Magazine.  Looks pretty good, so far.  Anyone have any criticism/feedback on this book?

Thanks!

I tried it for a couple of weeks. I didn't do the 4 day prediet thing with the sassy water and all that. I just ate sensibly and included a MUFA at each meal. I lost several pounds and wasn't even exercising. That is what I'm planning to do as a diet starting today, now that my life is not as busy, except I will be exercising this time.

Good luck! ~Bob

I just ordered the book today. I hope it helps.

OK, don't laugh, but what is a MUFA?

A MUFA is what nutritionists refer to as MonoUnsaturated Fatty Acid.  It’s a “good” fat that helps fight disease and can even further weight loss.  MUFA can be found in almonds, peanut butter, alive oil, avocado, and yes, dark chocolate too.

Visit this blog that reviews the MUFA diet. They break it down pretty easily. There are also several other posts on that site that give you ways to easily incorporate MUFAs. SimpleWeight.com blog

HTH!
