Has Anyone Tried "Green Faces?" Successful?
Was wondering if anyone ever tried Green Faces (protien and veggies at every meal) and had any success?
I guess the basis of it is to eat anything that had or has a face (protein) with anything green that grows from the ground (veggies) in an effort to stoke your body into burining fat! It is a six week regimine - 3 weeks strict with no carbs - 3 weeks adding one complex carb into the mix.
I know it's not good to eat no / low carb for too long, but I feel like my body just does not take kindly to carbs or has trouble processing them. I feel very strong, tight and energetic with very little carbs in my diet.
I also know that HIIT in the early morning (for me) before I put anything in my body really burns the fat.
You're aware that veggies *are* carbs? So, this wouldn't actually be "no carb" at all. It would just be "no bread/pasta/rice".
