Has anyone tried the Jillian Michaels' online diet & exercise program?

I'm thinking about it but I wanted to know if anyone had any input (good or bad) about it?

At the top of the page is a search engine.  Type in Jillian Michaels.  You will get about 30 entries in the forums.

Sorry this subject has probably be done to death and members are recovering from the holiday.

my friend and I did some of her recommended exercises today...they killed me! Which probably means they work! haha

I didn't join it as I didn't want to spend the $4/week or whatever it is, but I did buy her red book and signed up for the free email newsletter. Her book is very good. It is a no frills, down to business, get to the bottom of the numbers crunching type book. She focuses on what your body type is and how you best burn (suggests I take in 50% carbs, 25% protein, 25% fats type of info...).

She gets into a lot of "weaknesses" and common pitfalls also. Her exercise routine/schedule at the back is a bit confusing, but she has a great glossery of different types of moves. I keep the book in my car and review before I head into the gym what I want to work on for the day.

Spoiled_Candy--I did search first but the only ones I found were on the book, not the online program.

I think I'll just keep busting my butt at the gym. It probably won't tell me anything I don't already know. =(

If you do end up doing the online program, be sure to let us know whether or not you think it's effective.

I have personally used her work out DVD's. I own her 4 Advanced level workouts they are HIGHLY effective results wise and yes they are killer. I was insanely curious about her DVD's after watching the BL show. I am working on ACE Trainer certification and I am always curious about some of the high profile trainers and their style. She can put her money where her mouth is and that's a pretty big mouth!

My only complaint is that with exception of her new 30 day shred she doesn't go into any detail on proper form when performing the exercise.

Can't say about the diet sorry.
