Has anyone tried Powdered Peanut Butter?
So for those of you who have personally tried powdered peanut butter... what's it like? Is it worth the price? Does it really taste like peanut butter?
Let me know! Thanks in advance.
Much love and alohas,

I have not tried the powdered peanut butter, but have tried Walden Farms peanut spread that label reads as calorie free, sugar free, fat free, and it isn't too bad. Also, they have the jellies to go along with it, so check out waldenfarms.com to their complete line. I have also tried the honey dijon and sweet jersey onion salad dressing and they are really good!
I have tried PB2 (the powdered kind) and I love it. It is all peanuts, so it tastes like peanut butter, as opposted to some of the other subsitutes I have tried (better'n peatnut butter) which taste a little weird.
Since you add the water to PB2, you can make it as thick or as creamy as you like. Of course, it will never be as rich and creamy as normal peanut butter, because there is way less oil. The only flavor downside is that it isn't as creamy and so it tastes maybe just a little burnt or just very roasty. I still think it is delicious, though. I have PB2 almost every day in one form or another! I think it's worth it.
All you need to do is do a search for "pb2" on these forums & you will get TONS of threads/posts/etc with everyone's opinions.
PEANUT BUTTER....is good for you... good fats, good taste... just dont eat a jar of it... what's the point of havin it defatted and powdered if its healthy in good fats!!!!!!!!!!!
I have tried PB2 and it's amazing! I can't believe it has only 50 calories per 2 tbsp!!! Make sure that when you mix it you have good tasting water though! Use Poland Spring or something good! I made the mistake of being at college and using their gross tab water to make it so it didn't taste as good. But yeah, I am NEVER eating real peanut butter EVER AGAIN thanks to Bell Plantation :) www.bellplantation.com go order some jars now seriously! And view my other posts about making a healthy pb and j sandwich lol
Walden Farms has such an artificial taste though... I tried their marshmallow dip... I threw it away
what on earth is in ''Walden Farms'' products? I don't understand how a nut spread can be zero calories :| or a jelly. Is it like all chemicals?
Isn't powdered peanut butter just finely ground peanuts?
