Anyone try Acai Berry Detox?

I've seen a few things on the Acai Berry Detox and was just wondering if anyone has tried it and seen results.  Also wondering if there are any side effects of it.

Just a buyer beware note.  Don't buy into the free trial of them and give your credit card info to them.  Our local news has been reporting all week on this.
People have been getting billed for the product without even reordering it after their trial was over.

Just google acia berry free trail scam and read what they have to say.

Yahoo had a link to that scam yesterday.  Seems that once they get your CC number, they keep rebilling.  Also your free trial starts the minute you place your order; not when it arrives.

OH GOD this stuff. It's kinda funny but not. My husband got a bunch of it in the mail and we're all like WTF. Turns out someone stole his CC# and that's what they decided to do with it. I'm like couldn't they send us some cool sh't instead of this crap?

My friend ordered the free trial and what a nightmare!  They billed her and she tried to call and cancel the order but the number was diconnected.  THEN, she tried to e-mail/live chat with someone, who did not respond ... by the time she spent time tracking down the company information, she was billed a second time ... FINALLY got another number to try and that number had been disconnected ... she finally had to cancel her credit card in order for the entire nightmare to stop.  It was a huge mess.

After all that, she used the supplements and it did nothing for her weight.  It did act as a laxative but in terms of weightloss, she actually gained weight during the time she was using it.  It was all for nothing ... well ... nothing in weight loss ... a whole lot in terms of dollars .

If your REALLY feel the need to try Acai Berry supplements, you can find them at Wal-Mart for like $8.00.  They also have some cleanses for a relatively inexpensive price.  Most will say not to waste your money, just eat a good diet and make sure you get enough fiber ... but if you really want to know if this combo works ... I would try getting it at Wal-Mart because that free trial thing is sounding like a scam ... and a scary one at that!

I actually ordered the Acai Berry in the mail and had no problem with me CC# being billed. I called them 2 days after I placed the order and cancelled with no problem. I also ordered the Colon Cleanse which was where I had the problem. I tried multiple to times to cancel and they continued to charge my card. The number said it was disconnected and when I tried to e-mail it came back as an invalid address. So Yes I have had problems with weight loss scams. No as for if they work. I couldn't tell you. They are still sitting in the closet. I'm waiting until my son is done nursing before I try it.
