Anyone ever try the super model diet of water and cigarettes?

In answer to the questions:
Lost 5-10 lbs on that one in about a week.
I felt crappy. It sucked, I felt totally fine after the first day and was hungry constantly but wasn't allowed to eat anything solid.
i think next time i'm gonna get the soft pack...

You substitute black coffee and sugar-free Red Bulls for the water, and you also have to pop No-Doz like crazy. You'll feel like you're totally incapable of not moving, and that "you can like SEE everything!".
It ends with you passing out on top of a pile of textbooks, sharing a couch with a homeless guy in the dorm lounge.
A good diet to follow it up with is the "binge drinking for the holidays/summer break" diet.
I don't know if this is a joke thread or a real thread. But I will go with a real thread.
I did the get on drugs and drink like a fish and forget all else diet once about 10 years ago. I went from 150 to 115 or less in under 2 years. But I quit that diet and gain up to 160. Now back to 130 the healthy way.

i don't know, i never thought the crack diet did much for marion barry's looks.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
