Is it "that time of month"? Are you constipated? Have you been eating a lot of sodium? These could add a little extra weight. Could you possibly be pregnant?
do you know where your colon tract is exactly? if you feel hardness along there, then something could be stuck. it sometimes happens to me especially on the left side where it bends just before the descending part of the colon. i would start to drink loads of water before trying anything drastic. if its sodium that will help & if it is constipation that will help as well. not sure what else it could be.
rnjt has the right idea for your first steps. also try eating some foods that are natural laxatives. too many grapes does it for me! if the water and grapes don't work and there's no change after a week or so, go see a doctor.

if you can't think of anything else, it might be a good idea to check your scale. A few weeks ago my husband and I started "gaining weight" really fast... it went up a pound or two a day until it started to get silly. Turns out our scale was busted. We picked up a new one and the numbers are back where they should be.
Thanks for all the advice guys!
I already checked my scale, thats not it!
I do think i gained *some* muscle yea, my legs and arms are alot more defined (oh dont you love it when you suddenly look at your arm and realise "bloody hell, i actualy have muscles!") But i doubt i can have gained that much muscle! can i?
(i've been working out about every day since christmas)
My stomach does NOT look better tho. But maybe thats blotedness or something stuck like suggjested? i dont know. I'll try some of those foods and i suppose i'll just have to wait and see.
Could be an ovarian cyst. Unlikely though. I had a 8cm ovarian cyst with no symptoms, it was found incidentally during a CT. If I had not been 60kg over weight, it would have been visible to the naked eye.
well i think its muscle because you are working out evryday n muscle ways more then fat ..i know how it feels to try to eat healthy and exercise and not seeing the results you want..but i think if you want to lose weight try things thatll make you lose body fat and then do exercises thatll tone up the muscle becuase right now your jus adding muscle not really losing body fat..try to work on diff. parts of the body if you keep doing the same excersises your body will get use to it and youll stay on a flat weight..exercise a few times a week
