CC says I will be at goal weight late November. I noticed that some people in another forum are doing this. Most of them are much younger than I am and want to be super thin. I am 5'7" and want to weigh 145 pounds. I just think your goals are a bit different when you are my age. So here goes and please join in if you want. I just started yesterday.
Goal Weight:145
Motivation: I want my clothes to fit nicely. I want to be able to shop for clothes without worrying about the fit.
Plan: Exercise and a 1200 calorie diet

As of today, CC says I will be at target Febuary 1. That does not matter. Let's just do a weigh in. I like Monday's because it keeps me focused on the weekends (my worst time to diet).
