Anyone up for a July weightloss challange?

Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.

I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.

I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.

I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.

I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'

anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.

Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.

I will add mine starting june 30th.

sorry, i couldnt post yesterday due to being away all day.

Starting weight as of 30/6: 174 lbs

Height: 5ft5

Goals:
Drink enough water
Do some kind of exercise EVERY DAY

Ok I checked my weight on the 30th and it was the same as what I posted Friday so my start weight is 182 and my goal is still 5 pounds :-)

oh and my goals for July are:

Drink at least a minimum of 64 ounces of water a day

Continue to go to the gym 5 days a week and working out 30-45 minutes each day

Try to do some ab exercises on my stability ball at home (it's hard for me to do anything at home)
