Anyone up for a July weightloss challange?

Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.

I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.

I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.

I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.

I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'

anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.

Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.

I will add mine starting june 30th.

ok crazy but i still dont think you need a 10lb weightloss challenge.........I cant stop ppl from joining these things however i still dont condone a 10lb weightloss on someone who even though you are Asain your still a healthy weight.

 Cheryl - you didn't give your weight and you said "Im in and have 40 pounds to lose".  no-weight and no post on the 30th which was the date for posting. 

If you give me your weight I will be more than happy to add anyone who doesn't see their name or wants to join late.

Hello! So sorry I'm a few days late - my mum dragged me to a cabin in the woods all long weekend. So, if it's not to late to add my stats, here they are!

Current weight: 140

Goal weight: 130

Start date: July 1st (shhh, that's what I weighed that day)

I aim to: limit alcohol to one night a week (two MAX); exercise for at least one hour, at least 6 days a week; not let my family's poor food choices influence my own; get outside more and enjoy the limited sunshine that we get here.
