Anyone up for a July weightloss challange?

Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.

I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.

I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.

I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.

I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'

anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.

Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.

I will add mine starting june 30th.

I stuck to an approx. 1500 cal diet the whole week and exercised 8 times.  Still, I think the lbs lost were what I call "binge fat" meaning that my body is used to shedding those particular lbs over and over again the past few months.

(i feel like i cheated...food poisoning for 2 days didn't leave much of an appetite!!!)

I still managed to get in a few days of rollerblading, and started to try to jog alternating with walking.  (like about 10 seconds of jogging with 3 minutes of walking, and continuing to alternate this way. not much jogging though!  hee-hee)  I have also taken up golfing.  fun fun fun!!  hitting balls at a driving range is fun AND burns calories!

Well - I didn't lose anything this week, but fitness wise I had a great week!  I jog/walked 4.25 miles 5 mornings in a row.  There's a little hill behind my house at the start of my route and I actually jogged all the way to the top!  It's only half a mile, and 1.74% grade, but still a monumental accomplishment for me!
