Anyone up for a July weightloss challange?

Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.

I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.

I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.

I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.

I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'

anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.

Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.

I will add mine starting june 30th.

Had to way in a day late.  We were camping.  No scales allowed.

between canada day, 4th of july and meeting up with old friends, the fact that that number did not go up more is truly amazing.  next week will be better (hopefully) :)
I just wanted to say that I thought it was a good time for a weight challenge because it helped me stay focus over a holiday were food can be a big focus.

So yes it might be that the first week will have less then stellar reuslts but it was a huge help to me. . .so thank you.

Sorry, haven't been around a computer! Here is a recap of my goals and my most recent weigh-in:

Goals: Eat healthy foods, to a range of 1200-1400 calories per day.  Move around as much as I can, between travelling and being on vacation! Minimum 30 minutes, 4x per week.  Drink more WATER.

So, I am up a pound, but I started running and biking this week and have been doing  a LOT of exercise, so I am ok with that :)  I leave to visit my family on Tuesday and won't be back til the following Monday, so all my weigh-ins will be a bit off! Hope that doesn't make things to difficult for the person who's compiling the info!
sorry, work again, missed being able to post but was able to weigh myself yesterday.

Well, week one not that great but my TOM arrived and my husband and I had our one year anniversary celebration.  Guess I'm lucky to lose ONE!  Better next week though!
Congratulations to all the losers.  It feels really weird to stay that, but I like it.

I was out of town for the weekend, so sorry for the late weigh-in.  It was a "full"  week (lots of birthday eating out), so I didn't expect to lose as much.  Tonight is my last restaurant dinner for a while (I'm hoping) and then I'll be back on track!
