Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.
I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.
I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.
I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.
I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'
anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.
Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.
I will add mine starting june 30th.

Still at 169-170 for the month...have totally hit a plateau...it seems like no matter how much/little I train, or how much or little I consume I am staying the same!

I love being part of a group who gets cool charts like this. Vthompson - you are a blessing to us all! I have lost more since and cant wait to post on Saturdays. This week I am going to try adding real weights (not just lifting a 16lbs baby all day) to my routine. See if I can get some muscles to burn the fat.
