Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.
I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.
I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.
I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.
I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'
anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.
Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.
I will add mine starting june 30th.

Last nite I figured up i've lost 15.5 lbs. since April 5th. I then had 2 pieces of lemon cake! I suck! :( So mad @ MEEEE. I'll do lost better today, promise!

Sorry for the late posting. Was at the lake and just got back home to my computer.
I'm still sitting at 181, so no change.
On the plus side I guess I'm glad I didn't go UP from last week... although on thursday night I was down to between 177 and 178, so I DID gain. Oh well, just have to wait till my body adjusts from out there and the not eating much or drinking enough water. Hope this week is better!

I know I'm thinking ahead, but do you all want to do an August weight loss challenge? The July challenge has been so motivating, I'd love to do another one next month. What do you all think?

Absolutely I do!!!! Was gonna suggest that myself. :) If I knew how to take care of all this hard work, I'd do it. But, I'll have to leave that up to you experts. lol I'm doing fine and will hafta do my last weigh-in for July on the 25th, as I'm going to see my Grandchildren in Indy the following day. This is really helping keep me motivated! :)

Week 1 (7/7): weighin 283.8 = loss of .6 lbs Exercise total for week = 240 minutes
Week 2 (7/14): Sorry this post is so late - on vacation - 280.4 - so a total loss so far of 3.4 pounds. Lots of walking on vacation - so way over on exercise for the week - yippee
