Anyone up for a July weightloss challange?

Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.

I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.

I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.

I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.

I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'

anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.

Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.

I will add mine starting june 30th.

Ah man!  I gained a pound!  I'm going to have to switch it up next week.  My eatting has been relatively clean, but I have a feeling I need to shock my body with a complete work out change...wish me luck for the next weigh-in - I'm hopin' for a 2 pound loss!

...and to Malissa - this challenge has been awesome for me, super supportive thanks to vthompson, angiethe1, and so many others...I like this group - I'm stickin' with them.

I agree this has been a great challenge.  Lots of support and work by those awesome people.  I want to join this groups August Challenge.

oops forgot to post yesterday...even though i thought i did...anyway...down to 140, so a 5 pound loss total, 2 for the week...I'm going to vegas for a whole week, so i think this is about it...but i'll try
Hi, sorry for late posting. Had no access to computer over the w/e. I lost another 1lb this week, so update is as follows:

30th June = 196lbs 7 July = 194lbs 14 July = 193lbs 21 July = 192lbs 28 July = Grand total = 4lbs

Really gonna try for another 2lbs this week.

I'm now just under 140... maybe 139.5 (hard to tell... analog scale).
I went up a little...137.2!!! :( 

I have been doing more resistance, so I'm hoping that's just muscle! *crosses fingers and looks hopefully*
