Anyone up for a July weightloss challange?

Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.

I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.

I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.

I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.

I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'

anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.

Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.

I will add mine starting june 30th.

Didn't make my goal of 179 but lost 5.4. I am so proud of me. That means I lost a little over a pound per week. Woohoo.

ok so I weighed 190.5 a couple days ago and I have been active and eating right. 
Yesterday I was stung by a bee and had a severe allergic reaction.  Today I weigh 192 and the pants I wore on Thursday wont go on.  I think my body is swollen from the allergic reaction. 
Can I claim the 190.5?  Is this a possible explantion? Otherwise there is no reason my pants should not fit me.

Drat, the way things were going at week 2, I was really hoping to see the underside of 300 this month! I am pretty sure I did not gain any fat this week, so I am chalking it up to water retention from salt and from muscle repair (I am sore from kayaking yesterday!). Excuses, excuses...

I am definitely up for an August challenge!

I think I could have lost at least another pound this week, but I must admit I was a slacker in the workout department.  It was a crazy school week.  I'm kind of sad this challenge is over.  I'm so appreciative for all the support - thanks Angiethe1 and Vthompson.  Around January of 2006 I was around 173 and now I'm down almost 20lbs!  I hit a plateau at 158 in January of this year, and finally the scale started moving once I joined this challenge.  Wahoo!  My ultimate goal of 129 actually seems possible!  Good luck to all -
