Anyone up for a July weightloss challange?

Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.

I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.

I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.

I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.

I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'

anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.

Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.

I will add mine starting june 30th.

Starting weight June 30, 2007: 154lbs

July 7, 2007 Weight:152lbs

July 14, 2007 Weight: 150lbs

July 21, 2007 Weight 150lbs

July 28, 2007 Weight 148lbs

Result Total loss for July challenge 6 lb.

Didnt hit my target of 7lb- due to week 3 plateau. But am v happy that managed to stick to it with your help. Thank you.
Id love to take part in an august challenge like this one. It has kept me motivated to know i post my weigh in each week, and also a target for the end of the month.

I will be glad to start another thread for an August challenge. I will do it tomorrow and we can Start next Saturday. If anyone else has already started one let me know so I don't duplicate!

If you start a new thread calling all of us who partipated in "Anyone up for a July weightloss challenge?" I'm totally in.  You could call it Angiethe1's weightloss challenge continues into August.  In fact, in your first post if you ask everyone for city and state I'll do my best to plot everyone on a map and post it each week. 
Hi. I am posting late.

I weighed in at 191lbs this week. I think that's a total loss of 5lbs over the 10lb challenge month. Not too bad, but I will continue to strive for that 10lbs. Thanks for this. It really did help!! :-)
so i gained two pounds after a week of excess in vegas...but only two pounds is not so bad i suppose...total lost for the month 3 :(

I was thinking of doing my own but I was a little nervous.
If you need any help with keeping track of weights, let me know.
I'd like a hobby to keep me out of the fridge.
Though also if you have you're own plans and desire to do it yourself, i don't mind at all.

ok it is officially the last day of July I am over my bee reaction and am down to 190!!!
