Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.
I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.
I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.
I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.
I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'
anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.
Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.
I will add mine starting june 30th.

i'm in but i have a 20 lb weight loss goal for july. (i always drop weight fast when i don't cheat.....but i gain it just as fast if i'm bad).
I pledge to do 60 minutes of cardio 5 X a week and pilates for 20 min 3 X a week.
I pledge to eat healthy low fat, low cal foods.

beacause it definitely motivates me ... i havent exactly lost a huge amount of weight so far ...wish i can lose the 10 lbs at the end of July !!!

Once we do all the weigh ins on sat. Is their anyone who would like to help me keep track of everyones name and weight sometimes i have a habit of skipping over ppl and not realizing it!Would love the help of all you guys here to keep it all on track.

Hello. I am in the UK, but I would love to join your challenge. I have lost 9lbs so far, and it feels like it has taken ages - 5/6 weeks! I am doing 10lb goals, so perfect challenge for me. I will tag this thread and weigh in on the 30th June with the rest of you. Good luck! :-) I'm currently 196lbs, so to reach 186lbs would be just fabulous.

I'm in, I am sick of playing around the same weights on the scale and need the additional motivation.

I don't think i could lose 10lbs in a month though since i'm a healthy weight now, but i still want to drop a few so! Maybe i'll aim for 5lbs but hey, maybe i'll be able to go past that if i try!

I do I do!!! :) I'm going to see my kids the end of July in Indiana. I live in Denver. Gotta get off that 20 lbs. i gained over the terrible winter here!!! I think i've lost 5 already. Lean Cuisine has great sammich's now! :)~ One for my dinner in the evening w/a salad fills me up just fine. Good luck to all. This is my first reply. Are there chat areas here? I'm still looking. I'm in! We will be out of town, camping, for the first two weeks in July. But, I hope to be able to sneak in some computer time while we're away. Keep your fingers crossed because I won't be able to log my food every day like I do now. :)

I would also like to join.....I weigh myself at work on the same scale each time so I will post my start weight on 7/2 and each Monday thereafter until July 30th.
I'd also like to join...having said that, I am new to this entire concept so what does joining entail/what do I have to do? Present weight= 54kg, desired weight=46kg...Cheers
