Anyone up for a July weightloss challange?

Starting next saturday june 30th to july30th I am going to start my own challange.

I would like a loss of 10lbs by the end date.

I pledge to keep my fitness to at least 4 times a week an hour a day of whatever exercise of my choosing.

I pledge to eat a 'healthylivinglifestyle' ranging from 1200 cals per day to 1600 varying my exercise to the cal ratio.

I pledge to not binge on junk in the home or office and keep only to my 'healthyfood'

anyone may join the last day for joining would be june 30th.

Just add your start weight and ending weight for each week.

I will add mine starting june 30th.

I'm going to be out of town this weekend, with no computer access (going to a wedding, hopefully I will be good!), so I thought I'd post my stats today.

Ya'll can totally count me in!!! I just decided today to up my workout routine from 30 min a day to 45 min a day. Hopefully I will see a difference. I joined cc 6 weeks ago and in the first 6 weeks I lost 10 lbs. I am trying to eat 5-6 times a day. (It is so hard to remember to eat every 3 hours!!!!!) Anyways, this is so exiciting!! I know we all can do this.

I would love to start this challenge because i need to lose weight for a weddng. im 5f6inches and i weigh 190 and i would like to be 170 by the wedding.

okay Im up for it....I really need to get back to pushing myslef to loose weight, and i just realized I haven't made and goals for myslef. I would like to lose 10 pounds as well.


my rules:

-don't eat after 7
-never go over 1400 calories
-go back to weighing myself EVERYDAY (when I stopped doing that I started gaining)
-drink 3 liters of water everyday
-3 meals (must have some protein, Im really bad about that) 
-2 snacks (snacks 150 calories and under)
-no fricken peanut butter
-if I achieve this definately treating myself to a candy cup from
7-11.

Hrmm...I have no rules...I will just continue to eat healthy and work out...maybe have some pie and share a smile!

Eat three, healthy meals a day.
Not binge.
Keep a 500 calorie deficit(At least).
Bike 10k's at least 5 times a week (This may be replaced with equal exercise of my choosing).
Do 20-40 (Depending on fitness level) of sit ups every night.
Not to eat 3 hours before I go to bed.
